I am very pleased with the new A/C that 4 Seasons Air Conditioning & Heating installed for me this week. Their installation techs, Malik, Ben & Phil, were professional, communicated well and did an absolutely GREAT job! They were the best! In 4 Seasons' office, Philip, my sales rep, and Ross have been wonderful and patient at answering all my questions.
4 Seasons is the Lennox contractor that Costco uses in this area. I trust Costco as I know that they are very thorough at vetting the contractors they use. My positive experience confirms Costco's endorsement. I'm a happy customer and feel wholly confident in highly recommending 4 Seasons Air Conditioning & Heating for any of your A/C or heating needs.

I'm so relieved that I found a company that does what they say, in this uncertain world we live in. After several years of searching, I found that reliable company. I wrote a review a week ago on Google but had to write another one on all the good things this company stands for and their employees.
First you are greeted by one of their staff named Chris - he is professional and knowledgeable on who in 4Seasons to direct you to.
Then there is Megan, their senior scheduler - she knows her team and who to arrange to come and fulfill your AC needs. A positive attitude and very kind.
I was met by one of their AC technicians and I nicknamed him 5-Star Rob - well-trained in every area of his profession and awesome to work with.
Then it came to my installation, and I was greeted by the one of the best teams in over a decade, Ken and Ben. They work well together and know exactly how to give you the best installation. I was very fortunate to get Ken, one of their seasoned vets on their team, with decades of experience in his field of expertise. Ben is younger, but very experienced and Ken has taught him well.
Dan, the senior sales representative, was in my first review and I spoke highly of his leadership, his commitment to helping fix an issue you may have with your air conditioning system. I have signed up my other AC units under their Gold Service Plan and Iโll be signing up my motherโs house and my Commercial properties next week.
Dan is working with me on another project at my residence and he is attentive about getting me answers and pricing.
4Seasons is the company I have been searching for, so if youโre looking, 4Seasons is it.

Ron Dinunzio. prompt, very professional and explained issue at hand. He explained drain pipe system and basic maintenance of drain line using a vinegar-water solution and monthly vac of drain to keep line open. Thank you for your service. Within a short period of time the system was fully functional.

We had Rob E as our tech for a routine maintenance call. He was very thorough with each step and did not take any short cuts. He obviously knows what he is doing and does a good job of explaining it. He found one problem during the call and was able to fix it right away, avoiding downtime later. He was both professional and pleasant during the service call. I would be happy to have him come the next time we are due for maintenance. Excellent overall!

Dear 4 Seasons Air Conditioning & Heating,
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received from your company regarding the ongoing issues with my air conditioning unit. The lack of communication, follow-up, and resolution has been not just frustrating, but also disrespectful.
On August 10, 2024, technician Terry visited my home to perform maintenance on my air conditioning system, model number 25VNA424A310 (serial number 4721E19875). During his inspection, he determined that the unit required a replacement thermistor for the CARRIER condenser. However, since that visit, I have not received any communication from your company regarding ordering the necessary part, nor has any follow-up service been scheduled.
On September 20, 2024, another technician inspected the same unit. According to his work order number 126366 (COD-R-SERVICE), he found the same issues as technician Terry had previously noted. Despite this, I still received no calls or updates about when the required part would be ordered or installed.
I called your company twice seeking answers, but both times, I received vague responses and no precise information regarding the status of the part or when the repair would be completed.
On February 28, 2025, another technician arrived, and as expected, the unit had stopped working due to the same issue. He attempted a temporary fix but was unsuccessful. He confirmed that your company still needed to order the part and assured me I would be contacted with an update. However, given the history of poor communication and lack of follow-through, I wonder if I will ever receive that call.
My air conditioning unit is now completely down and cannot be powered on due to the missing part. This situation is incredibly inconvenient and deeply disrespectful, especially considering my loyalty as a customer who has purchased three new air conditioning units from your company.
It is clear that once the sale is made, your company has little regard for customer satisfaction or the timely resolution of issues. While your sales team was quick to respond and make the sale, the service side of your business has been negligent and unresponsive.
I am giving you one final opportunity to correctly resolve this matter by providing a clear timeline for when the part will be ordered and when the necessary repairs will be made. I expect the part to be ordered within the next 48 hours and the repairs to be completed within a week. If I do not receive a satisfactory response or resolution promptly, I will be forced to contact my attorney to seek legal recourse and hold 4 Seasons Air Conditioning & Heating accountable for their poor service.
Please consider this matter urgent and respond promptly.

Before he began his AC check, he asked if we had any concerns regarding the AC unit; he quickly resolved all concerns. Rob was professional, personable and very efficient.
