The installation by 4 Seasons went above and beyond my expectations. The installers were dedicated professionals that corrected hidden defects from the previous install. The defects were garage air mixing with the house cold air return and the condensation water line flat spot that would at times cause leaking into the garage. These defects were hidden in the box structure. 4 Seasons could have left it the way it was but they didn't. They fixed it. I don't mean they just patched it up, they completely rebuilt the box. I am sure 4 Seasons was not expecting this, but without hesitation they ordered additional material and went about performing the remediation. Thank You 4 Seasons.
